SAITech Little Rock Charter

In a reappearance before the State Board of Education, representatives of the proposed SAITech Charter school described their plans for a drop-out recovery model in Little Rock, much like ones the organization has established in other states. The board had asked the school’s proponents to address certain questions regarding waivers of curriculum requirements that came up during the December board members. The State Board today voted to approve the charger with the stipulation that this charter school would have to make available the “required 38″ courses that must be taught in all Arkansas high schools, but that they would not all have to be taught concurrently.
