ADE’s Harding elected to national post

Congrats to ADE’s own Marcia Harding, director of special education for the Arkansas Department of Education, who assumed the position of president of the National Association of State Directors of Special Education (NASDSE) for 2009-2010. Harding took office at the 72nd NASDSE Annual Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah, October 16-20th.
